The Winter 2019 Edition of New Jersey Studies: An Interdisciplinary Journal is now available online.

This edition features articles on the story of Orchard House in Monmouth County, the experiences of the Newark Public Library during World War I, artillery in the Battle of Monmouth, and content from the Tracking Sandy: Monmouth County Remembers exhibit at the Monmouth County Historical Association.

Looking for a new book? The Winter 2019 Edition concludes with reviews of the latest texts on topics including slavery, the Jersey Devil, and Jersey City artists.

New Jersey Studies is a project of the New Jersey Historical Commission, Rutgers University Libraries, and Monmouth University. The Journal peer reviews and publishes scholarship related to topics in New Jersey history.
