An event every 2 weeks that begins at 5:00pm on Saturday, repeating until February 11, 2017
Cure your cabin fever this season with our original after-hours tour! The tour begins at twilight at the North Cottage – with new restored original windows! You’ll see Gustav Stickley’s Log House in a new light, a soft evening light, accentuated by the amber glow of the home’s original copper lanterns. This tour takes visitors through the Stickley family home, delving into Stickley’s story while exploring the development of electricity in New Jersey and the part it played in daily life at Craftsman Farms. Bring someone special – make it a date! And linger in the museum shop for light refreshments after the program.
Note: This tour occurs mostly indoors but, weather permitting, will begin with a brief span outdoors, traveling to see the North Cottage.
Tickets must be purchased in advance. Purchase tickets online, or by calling 973.540.0311.
